Type of Event: Anniversary kick-off celebration
Recipient: Board members, doctors, staff and volunteers
Items Presented: 3" medallions and 1-1/2" brass key tags, gift boxed
Objective: Commemorate special anniversary and communicate corporate buy out
Description of Program: St. Luke's Hospital was acquired by a large hospital group. To help communicate the changes, recognize staff, doctors, the board of directors, and also mark the year in history, the reorganization was tied into commemorating the hospital's 120-year anniversary celebration.
A three-dimensional, modeled design of the hospital building was featured on the front side and the new corporate logo with copy was coined on the reverse of several medallion products. The board of directors was presented with a 3" brass medallion as a gift, and copper key tags were distributed to all staff members and volunteers.
Results: The hospital achieved its goal of communicating this new corporate direction and recipients were proud to display and use the medallions and key tags.
The program was so well received that additional 3" medallions were ordered to give to all staff doctors and to give as gifts to visiting speakers and dignitaries. The key tags were presented as thank you gifts to recognize volunteers and community leaders.
