Objective: To help celebrate M&I's first 150 years and commemorate this special event
Description of Program: The beautifully designed and polished 3" medallions were used for high level gifts and recognition purposes. The variety of items serve as a true continuity program.
The 3" medallions as well as the other six anniversary items were offered to M&I's 9000+ employees at very attractive prices. Sample kits of all program pieces were sent to major offices and branches, so employees could see and touch items before buying.
Results: Everyone who received the 3" medallion was pleasantly surprised with the gift and the quality of the product. The Chairman of M&I called immediately after his board meeting to express his appreciation for the quality of the piece and the overall service provided. Of all the anniversary items offered to M&I employees, the die-struck products were by far the most popular.
